「黑暗騎士」Matt Harvey受到180局的投球限制，未來例行賽他只會再先發2場，對手應該是洋基與國民。
因手肘韌帶置換手術去年整季缺席，Harvey今年傷癒歸隊，醫生建議限制投球局數為180局。
Harvey曾自行表態想投季後賽，目前看來180局只限於例行賽，而他現在也已經投了171.2局，所以大都會表明他的例行賽先發只剩2場。
大都會總經理Sandy Alderson說：「去年冬天大家一起制定計畫時，並沒有期待能打進季後賽。」
Alderson表示期待再跟Harvey的經紀人Scott Boras、醫生James Andrews對談，商討Harvey的使用說明書。
大都會計畫Harvey例行賽的最後2場先發，會在9月18日至20日洋基系列賽、10月2日至4日國民系列賽之中登板。
Harvey本季先發26場，繳出12勝7敗自責分率2.88，171.2局送出164次三振。
